I love the scale … I love the scale man, I played the first one you came up with in 1966 on keyboard. I believe George Harrison played the same one when he was doing acid with Mahareshi Grandisment or some cat like that.
Any guitarist that … Any guitarist that has been playing for any given length of time truly KNOWS that this “lesson” is ridiculously easy to play. It only impresses those who either idolize Marty or simply haven’t put enough time into their playing.

absolutely chris, … absolutely chris, what is music?…..it’s a bunch of sounds that we like to hear! in the end it’s our ears that are the ultimate judge. don’t get me wrong, SOME music theory is useful, in the way we know how chords are constructed etc, but as you probably know a little goes a long way….
you have no idea … you have no idea how much i agree with you… using straight up music theory kills a writers flow and usually kills the music… my opinion. if it sounds good play it…
