at about 43 sec you name a E 7 chord as E bass ,Ab for harmony, which I’d rather call a G#. I have seen a script of Chopin’s prelude in Em (28-4), where he uses a C7, but writes:
C E A#(out of th B scale, closer to Em )

Sorry, I learn’t music in french so I don’t really know what you’re talking about.

Of course it is! Any chord is possible on the piano. If you’re talking about the impracticle notes involved in a Db9 chord, then you can simply invert it.
My favourite inversion of Db9 is:

Db(in bass) – F B Eb
