can’t slide in choir because you need a uniform motion…
sliding for a solo vocal setting helps mold your range–and it’s necessary to keep mind of the larynx when you slide… it should never move!

this is very good. …
this is very good. for the hum and slide from the root up a fifth, I have a neat trick.

you can say the word OHIO, and sing it slowly OH-OH-OH-HI-I-I-OH, but say it more fluid and in key with the notes.

it helps warm up your voice with actual words as well.
